最近ラズパイ3がUSBデバイスからの起動をサポートするようになったと聞き早速試してみました。
やり方は多くの先人たちが公開してくれているので・・・・古いノートから取ったHDD40G（なんでこの容量！）がIDEなのだがUSB HDDケースに入っていたので、それで試してみた。公式ホームページや先人たちが公開してくれている方法であっさり起動成功！
お店の人曰くクラスタスキャンは通してあります！っと言われたけど一応自分でもチェック中ヘッドが激しく動いているせいなのかジジジジジジジジジ・・・・っとかすかな音＆いい感じに熱い(笑)

でもHDD古すぎて不安なので、早速HARD・OFFへ行ってみました。
結構あるじゃーん！！せっかく買うのだからあまり容量が少なくてもってことでWDの150Gに決定！！
TOSHIBAの200Gも良いかなっと思ったけど安さに負けて(笑)

USBのインターフェースとか、HDDケースは扱っていないとのことなので、ZOAへゴー！
色々並んでいたが、ラズパイ3の電源事情を考えると本当はバスパワーじゃないのが欲しかったけどケースなしのもでHDDよりも高くなってしまうのでやむなくバスパワーなんとUSB3.0で\980！玄人志向助かるよ(´；ω；`)ｳｩｩまさにホビー志向！！しかも月に1度使える\463円引きを使って
\980-\558+税=\558安いね 合計2,000以下でラズパイ3の起動ドライブが手に入りました。

これで、SDカードでは1年持たなかったサーバを安心して運用できそうだ。
どうやら異常はなさそうだ。
アクセスしなくなると温度も下がり静かに動いている。
では、ディスク丸ごとコピーすれば動くかな？コメント
